Privacy Policy
Pin My File is designed to work locally, without an account, advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Developer
Pin My File is provided by Schmidt Service Partner AB, company number 559570-0880, Sweden, under the Long Lasting Apps brand.
Your files
When you choose, photograph, scan, paste, or share an item, Pin My File stores a copy in the app's local container on your device. Schmidt Service Partner AB does not receive, upload, inspect, or process the content. Changes to an original file do not synchronize with the local copy.
Permissions
Camera access is used only when you choose Take a Photo or Scan Document. Photo Library, clipboard, and file access occur only after you choose the corresponding action. The app does not access these sources continuously or in the background.
Data collection
The app does not collect personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics for the developer, or tracking information. It contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK.
Purchases
The optional Full Access purchase is processed by Apple. Pin My File uses StoreKit to load Apple's localized price, complete or restore the purchase, and verify entitlement. Schmidt Service Partner AB does not receive payment-card information. Apple may process purchase and distribution information under Apple's own privacy policy.
Sharing
A file leaves Pin My File only when you actively share it using Apple's system Share menu or open it in another compatible app. The receiving service or app applies its own privacy terms.
Retention
A pinned file remains on the device until you remove the favorite or delete the app. Removing a favorite deletes Pin My File's copy and does not affect a separate original. If a photo or scan was created inside Pin My File and not saved elsewhere, no separate original may exist.
Website
This policy describes the iOS and iPadOS app. The Long Lasting Apps website may create ordinary server security logs through its hosting provider. The app does not send its files or usage information to the website.

Changes
If Pin My File's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the new behavior is released.
